Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided in the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KO cloth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we ensure that your order is packed securely, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at connect@tinakochoreography.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and email it to us at connect@tinakochoreography.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
